We don’t see things as they are; we see them as we are.”

Self-Love Action

I will take one small yet meaningful step this week in one area of my life (health, finances, work, relationships, self-care, or spirituality) to create some momentum for myself.

What is one small change you will make today to leverage you forward to your goal?

Self-Love Action

I am a powerful, loving force, and today I know that whatever the week brings – laughter, tears, frustration, or uncertainty – I can be open and patient with it.

What simple activity will you do to bring your body and mind back to a calm and present state?

Self-Love Action

I will be my own best friend this week, and even if I need to offer myself criticism or tell myself a hard truth, I will do it in a way that is loving and supportive.

How will you practice self-kindness each day?

Self-Love Action

I will lean on my self-love practice this week to make me feel more stable. Whenever I experience racing thoughts or feel anxious, I will picture a giant snow-capped mountain and connect with its grounded energy.

Self-Love Action

This week I will show myself love in a small and easily actionable way by making my favorite salad, taking my favorite exercise class, hiking my favorite nature trail, wearing my favorite outfit, having lunch with one of my favorite friends or coworkers, watching my favorite television show or movie, or listening to my favorite podcast, audiobook, or music playlist.

Self-Love Action

This week I will work on tidying my nest in simple ways such as, making my bed in the morning, sorting through a stack of papers on my desk, or buying an affordable plant or picture frame to cozy up a corner of my space.
