I will lean on my self-love practice this week to make me feel more stable. Whenever I experience racing thoughts or feel anxious, I will picture a giant snow-capped mountain and connect with its grounded energy.

This week I will show myself love in a small and easily actionable way by making my favorite salad, taking my favorite exercise class, hiking my favorite nature trail, wearing my favorite outfit, having lunch with one of my favorite friends or coworkers, watching my favorite television show or movie, or listening to my favorite podcast, audiobook, or music playlist.

This week I will work on tidying my nest in simple ways such as, making my bed in the morning, sorting through a stack of papers on my desk, or buying an affordable plant or picture frame to cozy up a corner of my space.
