Self-Love Action

There is something to that old saying about the joy of simple pleasures. Simplicity itself can be very pleasurable.

How can I simplify something in my life today or this week?

Self-Love Action

When the energy around me is intense, a great self-care technique is to create a healthy and calm space for myself.

Today or this week, when things feel intense, I will imagine a bubble around myself that protects me. This bubble lets in the energy that is nourishing, while helping to deflect the energy that is not my own or none of my business.

Self-Love Action

Even on day when it feels like I have a major or minor setback, I am getting better at being me.

I will keep in mind today that getting better at being me is truly my most important work in the world.

What is one short activity you can do this week to know yourself a tiny bit better?

A mindful walk outdoors, journaling, or  a strength-based assessment, to name a few.
