This week I will try to bring more color into my life, whether it is into my wardrobe, or the screen saver in my computer, or the veggies in my meal prep.

Colors are a playful and powerful way to influence our moods.

What is/are your power color(s)?

This week I will plan to do something new that would be fun and interesting, like seeing a new museum exhibit, taking a day trip to a cool area I have never visited before, or signing up for a class in something I have never tried before such as, pottery, improv, jewelry making, or creating writing.

The next time we go on vacation to a fun and interesting place, let’s try to pack in as many new experiences as possible to make the most of the trip. Let’s try to make the most of this trip called life too.

What is one fun and new thing you will plan to do this summer?

Self-Love Action

This week if I encounter the ramifications of a lesson I had to learn the hard way such as, lingering debt, lingering hard feelings, or lingering health issues I could have avoided, I will use this situation as an opportunity to treat myself with compassion.

There are some lessons we had to learn the hard way, and we do not need to beat ourselves up for that.

How will you treat yourself with loving kindness, respect, and compassion?

This week I will try to be a little wiser, a little kinder, and a little more responsible that a younger version of myself. In that way, I will be winning my most important race.

A little competition is healthy, and we are only truly in competition with ourselves.

What is one small step you will take to be more wise, kind, and responsible?
