Today, instead of being on autopilot, I will connect with myself a few times throughout the day and mindfully choose to be good to myself through supportive thoughts and loving actions. At the end of the day, I will observe how this self-love practice changed my day and my experience of it.

Today I will listen to one of the songs that always makes me feel strong, calm, centered, happy, silly, sexy, or like I can take on anything. Maybe I will even get inspired to create a self-love playlist!

If I find I am holding my breath today, or that my breathing is rapid and shallow, I will stop and take some slow, deep breaths. Just being mindful of my breath can help lesson feelings of stress and send a message to my body that I am safe.
