How to use your body to soothe your mind.

Calm Practice

Aroma Bombs

Shake a couple of essential oil drops into the palm of your hands. Cup your hands together, making a little space between your thumbs for your nose. Take a lovely deep inhale of the aroma bomb.

Try:

  • Peppermint for when you are feeling down or low on energy.
  • Lavender, sandalwood, orange, lemon, or ylang ylang for anxiety, worry and panic.
  • Ylang ylang, lemongrass, rose or chamomile for when you are feeling angry.
  • Clary sage, bergamot, rosemary, or lavender for stress.
  • Bergamot, ginger, lavender, or lemon for grief.
  • Mandarin, sandalwood, jasmine or vetiver for dissociation and grounding.
