Self-Love Action

Life is my canvas, and today I’ll create beautiful ways to show myself love, like stopping to have healthy snacks when I’m busy, or winding down with a gentle stretch class, or putting some fresh, soft sheets on my bed tonight. Each gentle act of self-love is one more brushstroke in the masterpiece of me.

Self-Love Action

If I let myself down today, I will look at the situation objectively to see how I might do better in a similar situation next time. Then I will move on and wait for life to provide me with opportunities to improve.

Think of a time in the past when you let yourself down. What thoughts and actions helped leverage you forward?

Be curious and open to new ideas, experiences, and challenges.
