Self-Love Action

If something big or small doesn’t go my way today, I’ll remember that self-connection and compassion are my safe place to shelter through any storm.

What simple act of self-kindness will you practice today: a short nature walk, guided meditation, hot shower or bubble bath, to name a few?

Self-Love Action

Self-Love Action

Dance, cry, or vent; Do what is right for you in the moment. There is no wrong way.
