Music can change your mood!

Here are some suggestions of different music genres to listen to depending on your current mood.

  • Gently uplifting music when you are feeling sad, flat, stuck or unmotivated.
  • Super upbeat dance music when you are feeling like you need to move some energy, dance and shake and lift yourself up.
  • Calming music when you are anxious, angry or panicky.
  • Chilled-out background music when you want to feel relaxed and focused.
  • Sad music when you need to let go, cry and feel your feelings.
  • Powerful music when you need a boost of confidence.
  • Binaural beats when you are feeling anxious or you need a calmer, more focused state of mind.
