Self-Love Action

Today I will call, text, or email someone and tell this person how much I care to help cement the foundation of love that supports our relationship.

*

Self-Love Action

I will give myself the gift of kindness in the future by giving kindness to someone else today.

*

Self-Love Action

Instead of rushing this week, I will purposefully slow down and be more present during my interactions with other people and even during chores, such a making dinner or doing dishes. Then I will notice if I experience more joy and meaning in my day.

Self-Love Action
