Laughter is Medicine

With a new U.S. spike in COVID19 and continued racial inequality protests,

we need to prepare not panic.

We need to peacefully protest and embrace change.

Anxiety is a natural response to fear. We are not “crazy” to feel anxious.

We need to find ways to calm our frenzied minds.

Exercise boosts our immunity: How will you move your body each day?

Humor lightens a tense moment.

Here is a collection of images from our canine and feline friends to make us smile, laugh, and ease the tension.

We are in the same boat and experiencing similar feelings.

We will get through these vulnerable, changing times.

Challenges make us stronger and more resilient…

and lead to success.

What small step will to take today to be stronger than yesterday?
