Do you need an extra boost of motivation to reach your fitness goals or simply move more?

Starting June 1 (today!), join the Peloton community and I for a #3for31 Challenge!

The #3for31 Challenge is led and inspired by Peloton’s VP of Fitness Programming, Robin Arzón.

Simple Rules:

From June 1 to July 1, each day complete 3 miles of walking, jogging, or running OR 30 minutes of movement. Check off each date that you complete the #3for31Challenge with the Accountability Tracker (above).

Share your progress, successes as well as mistakes and lessons learned on social media with #3for31 and @RobinNYC.
