Some days when we are anxious, keeping busy can keep us feeling sane and grounded,
This week, instead of worrying and stewing about something I cannot control, I will find a way to stay busy that is fun and productive such as, decluttering a part of my home or office, catching up on calls, plans, research, or emails that I have put off, reading an insightful book or article, or working in my garden.
