Today I will remember a moment when I showed up for myself – like a time I took a stand for what I believe in, set a healthy boundary, or admitted that I needed help. I’m holding that powerful image of myself today in my mind’s eye for inspiration.

Today I’ll make a grand romantic gesture that helps me fall in love with life. It might just be smiling and holding the door open for someone, or sending a friend a text out of the blue to say how much I appreciate him/her, or letting my heart fill with wonder while watching the sun set from my window.
