Are you feeling bored, gloomy, or sad?

Performing a random act of kindness can uplift you while doing the same for another person. 

Some examples include, sending a caring text to a friend, greeting a stranger, helping a person feel special, donating items, and volunteering for a favorite nonprofit organization.
