What can you do this week to be one step better than last week?
A few suggestions:
- Start a gratitude journal by writing down 3 – 5 things you are grateful for each day.
- Practice 5 – 10 minutes guided meditation 2 – 3 times each day.
- Reach out and connect with at least one old friend or family member via phone, text, email, FaceTime, or Zoom, to name a few.
