Calm Practice
Jog and Fold
This practice can help you to complete the stress response if you’ve been holding back anger or feeling anxious.
Here’s how!
- Jog in place for one (1) minute.
- Stop. Inhale deeply then exhale into a forward fold. Hang like a rag doll, with a slight bend in your knees. Sway your upper body side to side. Stay in this position for 30 – 60 seconds.
- Repeat as needed.
