Unconditional love from my two cats, Cali and Minimi. Cali crossing the rainbow bridge last week and is no longer suffering from chronic kidney disease. Peloton instructors and classes to challenge me physically and mentally and keep me grounded. Financial support from family. Mental/emotional support from friends and family. My love of movement and consistent exercise (movement) routine. My love for healthy, nourishing foods. Time spent outdoors and in nature. Discovering joy and happiness in life’s simple things.
