Today I will think about my physical and emotional reserves. Are the tanks full, half full, or closer to empty? I’ll check in with myself throughout the day and adjust my actions accordingly.

I can’t control other people’s energy, but I can do a better job of managing my own. I’ll try not to worry too much or constantly check my phone or email today. Instead I’ll put on some calming music or nature sounds, drink a soothing tea, stretch or go for a walk, or do something else to take my nervous system off red alert.
