When was the last time you did absolutely nothing for 10 whole minutes?

Not texting, talking or even thinking?

Andy Puddicombe is a “mindfulness expert” and discusses the transformative power of refreshing your mind for 10 minutes each day by being mindful and experiencing the present moment. You do not need to light incense or sit in uncomfortable positions: Just breath and be present.

Every person needs time to ‘unplug’ in much the same way technological devices need to be unplugged, paused for 30 seconds, and plugged in again. If you feel like a slow computer or you have ‘bugs to fix’, the time to unplug yourself is now.
