Round 2

  • Begin with 20 repetitions of each exercise, and decrease by 2 each set.
  • 20 – 18 – 16 – 14 – 12 – 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2

Reverse Fly’s

Tricep Push-Ups

Power Lunges
