Calm Practice

Draw Your Emotion

You do not need to be an artist! Grab some paper and get out of your head by intuitively drawing your emotion.

How big is it? What color is it? What texture is it? What shape is it? Are the lines soft or heavy, flowing or jagged?

This technique is a useful way of expressing and processing your feelings, even if you are not sure exactly which emotion you are experiencing.
