Emotional Triggers

Certain situations, memories, and words trigger intense emotions.

Identifying them can empower you to respond adaptively.

What are your pet peeves?

What past events upset you?

What topics make you feel uncomfortable?

Being ‘ghosted’ by recruiters multiple times during my present job search.
