Body Scan

Close your eyes,

slow your breath.

Greet each part of your body like a long-lost friend.

Start from the bottom of your feet and continue up to the top of your head.

What part(s) of your body feel tense?

Focus on this area(s), breathing in deep inhales and bringing loving kindness.
