Hello, 2023!

2022 brought joy and tears and everything in between!

What were your successes, wins, or high moments?

What were your failures, losses, or low moments?

What can you learn from the highs and lows of 2022?

Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. — Winston Churchill

It is a vulnerable and courageous process to trust yourself.

To remind yourself, use Brené Brown’s acronym, BRAVING:

Boundaries: Did I respect my own boundaries? Was I clear about what’s okay and what’s not okay?

Reliability: Was I reliable? Did I do what I said I was going to do?

Accountability: Did I hold myself accountable?

Vault: Did I respect the “vault” and share appropriately?

Integrity: Did I act with my integrity; choose courage over comfort; choose what is right over what is fun, fast, or easy; practice my values?

Non-judgment: Did I ask for what I needed? Was I non-judgmental about needing help?

Generosity: Was I generous toward myself?
