Mindful Monday

Five Finger Breathing is a helpful practice to connect with the body and breath, and help step out of states of stress and overwhelm. It is often taught to children, but many adults find this mindful practice beneficial as well.

Stressed during your next staff meeting?

Try practicing 5 Finger Breathing with your hands resting on your lap under the table.
