Do you have a Fixed Mindset or a Growth Mindset?

In Carol Dweck’s TED Talk, Developing a Growth Mindset, she discusses the meaning of “not yet.”  Growth Theory of Intelligence, previously Incremental Theory, is the degree that an individual attributes his/her intelligence to learning, effort, training, and practice. A growth mindset appreciates effort and practice. Individuals with a growth mindset are life long learners, who focus on dreaming and becoming a better future self.
