The Imposter Syndrome
Are your self-doubts getting in the way of your confidence?
70% of us believe that we do not belong because we are not good enough.
No one is perfect.
When you feel like an imposter, remember what you have accomplished and overcome.
Write a list of your accomplishments, big and small, and read it silently, out loud, and then in front of the mirror when negative self-talk emerges.
I accept myself fully. I know I am worthy of great things in life.
