The Imposter Syndrome

Are your self-doubts getting in the way of your confidence?

70% of us believe that we do not belong because we are not good enough.

No one is perfect.

When you feel like an imposter, remember what you have accomplished and overcome.

Write a list of your accomplishments, big and small, and read it silently, out loud, and then in front of the mirror when negative self-talk emerges.

My Accomplishments, ongoing…

  • BA in Psychology
  • MS in Exercise Science and Health Promotion
  • Summited Mount Adams at 12,000 feet
  • Climbed to Camp Muir at 10,000 feet, 3 times
  • Completed 5 Power Zone Pack Challenges with Platinum status each time
  • Overcame my fear of needles to administer subcutaneous (IV) fluids to my senior cat every day for a year.
