Starting my day, everyday with movement: Peloton Barre, Cycle, Pilates to Tread Hikes and Weightlifting at the YMCA and continuing to move my body throughout the day, everyday: Peloton Yoga, Mobility, outdoor podcast walks, hikes to cleaning litter boxes, vacuuming, dusting, among other household chores.
Motion is lotion.
Movement is medicine.
Sit less. Move more.
