Shake up your Saturday sweet salsa!

- 1 Ripe Mango
- 1 Tomato (seeds removed)
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Shallot
- Zest of 1 Lime
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Cube the mango (Check out Emma’s photo below!). Cube the tomato into similar sizes as the mango chunks. Pit and cut the avocado into larger chunks. Mince the shallot. Gently mix the mango, tomato, avocado, and shallots together. Add the lime zest and lemon juice. All ingredients should be visible but well combined. Garnish with cilantro.
Serve with grilled fish, chicken, tofu, tortilla, or simply by itself!
