Monday is the start of a new week, a new beginning –

forget the struggles and pain of last week or the weekend over-indulgences.

     Focus on reaching this week’s goals –

1 – 2 lb. body fat loss…

1/4 – 1/2 lb. muscle gain…


drafting a work proposal…

     creating a holiday to-do list…


meeting an old friend for dinner,

or, simply,

making a list of things you are grateful for! 

Whatever your goal(s) might be, do it with a smile, enjoy the process, and share your passion.
