Cottage Cheese Snack Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (*may substitute with non-fat)
- 1 tablespoon Scallions (minced) (*may substitute with chives)
- Pinch of Dried Oregano (*may substitute with dill)
- 1/2 cup of Vegetables of choice: Try Diced Roasted Bell Peppers, Halved Cherry Tomatoes, and Sliced Cucumbers!
Directions
Mix cottage cheese with scallions (or chives) and oregano (or dill). Top with vegetables of choice such as, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cucumbers. Top with more scallions (or chives).
Are your taste buds craving something sweet (instead of savory)?
Toss berries, banana, frozen mango or peach slices, chopped apples, to name a few, with the cottage cheese. Add some crunch with toasted walnuts, almonds, or sunflower seeds. Yum!
