If you’re passionate about your work, it makes the people around you want to be involved too.

Self-Love Action

This week, as an act of self-love, I’ll interact with something that makes me glow.

There are some things in life that are so magical, we just light up inside when we encounter them.

What lights you up inside, the thing that makes you feel warm and fuzzy every time?

Self-Love Action

I will engage with someone this week in a dialogue about an issue I am passionate about in order to learn and grow. But if the interaction causes unnecessary drama, I will know when to walk away.

We do not always need to take the bait. Sometimes it is wise to pick our battles and lessen the overall drama of the day.

Self-Love Action

This week, if someone loses his or her temper with me, I will understand that he or she can have challenging emotions about me, yet I do not have to take those emotions on as if they were my own.

When we upset someone in our lives, we can sit mindfully and objectively with their disappointment or anger.
