Laughter is Medicine


In the midst of the Coronavirus, a pandemic, and rising racial inequality, we need to prepare not panic.

We need to peacefully protest and embrace change.

Anxiety is a natural response to fear. We are not “crazy” to feel anxious.

We need to find ways calm our frenzied minds.
