Laughter is Medicine


In the midst of the novel Coronavirus and a new pandemic, we need to prepare not panic.

Anxiety is a natural response to fear. We are not “crazy” to feel anxious.

We need to find ways calm our frenzied minds. 

Exercise boosts our immunity: How will you move your body each day?

Humor lightens a tense moment.
