TED Talk Tuesday

It is the beginning of a new year: A fresh start.

What challenges will you face?

What new lifestyle habits will define you?

How will you be healthy, or healthier?

How will you be happy?

In Dan Buettner’s TED Talk, How to live to be 100+, he speaks about the path to a long and healthy life. Buettner and his team examine the world’s “Blue Zones,” which are communities whose elders live with ‘vim and vigor’ to record-setting age. He illustrates 9 common diet and lifestyle habits that keep these elders active and healthy past age 100.
