What do I need to do?

Simply, write down 5 things you are grateful for each day.

Big or small, physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual, or vocational – related,

Just 5!

Schedule 5 – 10 minutes each day to give “thanks.” I recommend at the end of the day!

Keep a notebook and pen next to your bed so you will not forget!
