Crispy Balsamic Cauliflower
If you’re tired from a long week and crave healthful food without an extensive meal prep, give this quick dish a try!
Not a fan of cauliflower?
Swap it with broccoli, or get creative with a different vegetable alternative!
Ingredients
- 4 cups Cauliflower Florets
- 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Glaze (bottled)
- 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 425°. Cut in half the cauliflower florets. Brush the flat sides of the cauliflower with the olive oil and lightly dust with the cornstarch. Place the cut side down on a rimmed baking pan and roast on the lowest rack until the cut side is well browned (about 20 – 25 minutes). Season with the kosher salt.
Yields: 4 servings
