A Mediterranean Greek twist on Guacamole! 🥑
Ingredients
- 4 Avocados (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Garlic Clove (minced)
- 1/2 cup Red Onion (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 tablespoon Flat Leaf Parsley (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (chopped)
- 1 tablespoon Kalamata Olives (diced)
For the Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons Fat-Free Feta Cheese (crumbled)
- 4 Pitas (cut into quarters) (warmed or toasted)
Directions
In a medium-sized bowl, mash the avocados until smooth yet slightly chunky. Blend in lemon juice, garlic, red onion, and oregano, parsley, and dill. Top with the crumbled feta cheese and kalamata olives. Serve with warmed (or toasted) pita bread.
