  • 𝟓 things you can see 👀 Look for interesting textures, tiny details, or patterns of light or color.
  • 𝟒 things you can feel ✋🏻Notice physical sensations or move about your space and touch four different things.
  • 𝟑 things you can hear 👂🏻
  • 𝟐 things you can smell 👃🏻
  • 𝟏 thing you can taste 👅
