Thanksgiving is not about a huge turkey and more feast or the grand consumer discounts.
While these things may make us happy, will they bring us lasting fulfillment or temporary pleasure?
Thanksgiving is about the quality time shared with friends and family (fur babies included) counting our blessings and being grateful for all in our lives, no matter how small.
Oftentimes, the large things we can see will only make us happy temporarily, while the small things we feel will make us happy for a lifetime.
Today give a bigger thanks for the support and encouragement from loved ones, good health, access to healthy food and clean water, and our deep inhales and exhales each day of the year rather than your expensive watch, fancy car, or upscale house.
In addition to the above mentioned, this year I am also grateful for the Peloton community (members, instructors, and all others involved in the continued growth of this Company). I became a Peloton Digital member in May 2021. I fell in love with this community, the openness and support of world-class instructors and members across the globe, and invested in the Bike+ a year later in March 2022. Peloton saved my life!

Peloton offers much more than Cycle classes! Try a full body strength, Barre, Pilates, run, walk, stretch, yoga, or meditation class.
Pilates, Yoga, and Meditation Instructor, Kristin McGee shared this affirmation during her yoga and meditation classes this week,
I am grateful. I am humble. I am content.
