Part of being in touch with our emotions is being in touch with when we are the happiest.
Today, even if is is just for a few minutes, I will do something that almost always puts a smile on my face such as, write, snuggle up with someone special, play with a pet, sit or walk in nature, daydream, play a musical instrument, tidy up my home, read a great book or article, make a child laugh, do a good deed for another person, or connect with friends or family.
