TED Talk Tuesday

Are you challenged by your fears?

Do you assume the worse cast scenario will happen, always?

Do you find excuses to avoid the uncertainty?

Reality is not perceived. You create reality in your mind.

We, as human beings, have an innate tendency to assume the worst. Our fears can limit our awesome capabilities to create something amazing for ourselves and others. We are masterminds of excuses: to exercise, eat healthfully, receive sufficient sleep, to name a few.

In Isaac Lidsky’s TED Talk, What reality are you creating for yourself, he encourages us to let go of excuses, assumptions and fears, and accept the awesome responsibility of being the creators of our own realities. He shares his personal, insightful story about how unexpected life circumstances taught him this profound lesson.
