15-Minutes Total

  • 3 Rounds: 8 repetitions in each 
  • 4-Minutes each Round
  • 1-Minute Recovery after each Round
  1. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  2. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  3. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  4. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  5. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  6. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  7. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
  8. 20 Second Sprint – 10 Second Jog
