Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 cup Water or Milk of choice
- 1/4 cup Dried Fruit of choice (diced)
- 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds (*may substitute for pumpkin seeds)
Directions
Combine rolled oats, water or milk, dried fruit, and sunflower seeds in a mason jar (or other small bowl with lid) and stir thoroughly. Refrigerate overnight. Serve hot or cold. Pairs well with fresh fruit of choice.
Yields: 2 servings
