Boost Heart Health + Memory

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Beets (12-ounces) (peeled and chopped)
  • 3 medium Carrots (6-ounces) (scrubbed and chopped)
  • 1 medium Apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 cup Blueberries

Directions

Carefully add  all ingredients to a high-powered juicer. Juice into a clean pitcher. If desired, skim foam from top of juice and discard. Serve immediately. 

*Tip: If beet greens are fresh, put them through the juicer too.

Yields: 2 servings

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
