Chocolate Chia Pudding
A sweet treat without the guilt!
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup (may be substituted for Agave or Honey)
- 2 cups Milk (unsweetened almond milk, coconut milk, cow’s milk, or milk of choice)
- Berries (*optional)
Whisk together the chia seeds, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract, maple syrup, and milk. Let sit for 15 minutes. Whisk again. Spoon into 4 cups. Chill until set. Top with berries.
