Rosemary Roasted Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 pounds Sweet Potatoes (cubed)
- 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves (chopped)
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F. Toss the sweet potatoes with the avocado oil, rosemary, black pepper, and salt. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir. Return to oven for an additional 10 to 15 minutes (or until tender). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese while hot. Serve immediately.
