This past weekend I climbed to Camp Muir at 10,000ft

(8.2 miles and 4,700ft. elevation gain).

The Mount Rainier summit is 14,410 ft.

Each challenge we overcome, obstacle we once doubted our ability, makes us stronger physically and mentally to conquer the next uphill battle to come our way.
