1/2 – 1 Banana (sliced)
1/2 – 1 c. Spinach, or leafy green of choice
1 – 2 tbsp. Unsalted Peanut Butter, or nut butter of choice
1/4 – 1/2 c. Non-Fat, Plain Greek Yogurt
1 – 2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 – 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder (optional)

Ice (amount as desired) (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and mix. For a thinner consistency, blend for a long duration. For a thicker consistency, blend for a short duration. Exact time will vary depending on blender wattage (power). Enjoy!
