Add Produce πŸ“πŸ₯¦πŸ‰πŸŒ½πŸ’πŸ₯¬πŸ«πŸŒΆοΈ

  • Fresh or roasted or grilled
  • Appetizers, sides, salads, snacks, or desserts
  • Some examples, include: Corn on the cob, coleslaw, and veggie kebabs.
  • Fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamins, minerals, and fiber; in addition to containing a lot of water to keep you hydrated and cool on a hot day.

Stay Hydrated πŸ’¦

  • Spice up your water with a splash of fruit juice or slices of fresh or frozen fruits such as, berries, oranges, lemons, limes, or cucumber!

Eat Plant-based Alternatives πŸͺ΄

  • Try portabella mushrooms, eggplant, and extra firm tofu Β for a “meaty” texture.
  • Prep plant-based alternatives with your favorite marinades or plant oils and seasonings, cut them to place on skewers or slice them into patties, grill, and eat as is or in hamburger buns.

Safe Outdoor Cooking, Serving, and Storage ⛑️

  • Prep as much food as possible at home and keep food cold or frozen until shortly before leaving.
  • Pack food and beverages in a cooler with adequate ice packs or ice, and pack tightly.
  • Try to store beverages, produce, and any raw meats separate.
  • Freeze nearly full water bottles (with about an inch of empty space at the top) to serve as temporary ice packs – and eventually a cool source of fluid!
